How to view/download Study Materials?

Once you login into your account, you will be able to view the dashboard, Study Martials Menu; click on “Study Material” button, after clicking on Study Material button, the available study material can be view and download.

How to take chapter wise Practice Question Set?

Click on “My Exam” menu on the dashboard, and then select “Practice Question, after clicking on Practice Question set a “Group” drop down menu appears, select your group in the drop down menu, then an anther field “Module” appears, select the module you want to take the exam from.

How to take Full Length Mock Test?

Click on “My Exam” menu on the dashboard, and then select “my available exam, you can view your Full Length Mock test paper wise.

How to see result?

Click on “My Result” menu on the dashboard, and then select “CAIIB or JAIIB RESULT”, as per your package, click on Full Length menu you can view your Full Length Mock test paper wise result, there will be two icons on left and side of the subject written, select “View” and you will be able to see the result of that chapter, for practice set result, you need to click on “Practice Question” and follow the path as described in full length.

How to raise query in question or Need Clarification on question?

We suggest, if you wish to raise a query in particular chapter/Full Length Mock test then you need to remember question number of that chapter/Mock Test which you have attempted, else you need to search the question one by one. Just go to result section (please refer “how to see result?”), select Practice Questions Set/Full length in which you need to raise your query. Go to “Solution” the menu will appear after clicking on view button, the topic in which you wish to raise a query, There will be box written as “Ask Expert” Please raise your query here.

When will I get Study Plan?

Study Plan is prepared by our faculty only after discussion with the student about his/her flexibility of timing for study throughout the exam. Student Relationship Manager (SRM) calls enrolled student within two working days of enrolment.

I am not able to view my all Study Materials?

Since Myonlineprep provides latest and updated study materials to our student, it is possible that some of the study materials will not be reflected due to on-going updation on the topic; In that case, students are requested to inform through internal mail and wait till the further updation is completed.

How many attempts will I get in practice question set and Full Length Mock<br /> test?

Generally, student gets three attempts for full length mock test and practice question set, however, if any student wants more attempt, he/she can request us through internal mail id for increment of attempts.


How to create free/paid demo account?

You need to select a course available on home page of the website. After selection of course, you need to fill up the form with some of your credentials such as Name, Address, Phone number, Email id etc. then click on submit button. After submission, verification cum activation link mail is sent to your registered mail id (mail id which you have mentioned on the form). Then you need to open your mail and activate the link, once you activate the link; you will be able to login into your account. Now click on member login/login with your email id and password.

I am unable to recreate my demo account or paid account with the same mail<br /> id.

One email for one account only, if any student want to purchase/upgrade the package then he/she needs to upgrade his/her account by login into his/her existing account.

How to get password, if I forgot my password

Student should click on forgot password and provide his/her registered mail id for recreation of password.

I have not received an Activation Mail on my registered E-mail Address?

You should recreate you id once again with new mail id, if the same is not received within half an hour.

How can I upgrade my account?

You need to login first into your demo/paid account, after login, on the right hand side “Upgrade Your Account” Option reflects, click on the Upgrade your account option and choose course plan accordingly.


I am unable to proceed even after giving all details in gateway page.

You need to provide your six digit postal code/zip code, it is mandatory for payment.

My account has been debited with the package amount but still account has not been upgraded.

Generally it does not happen, however, you should wait for an hour, if it is still not upgraded automatically, then write a mail to us with transaction details, our team will get back to you within one working day.
